I would love to tell you the true story about the effect “I Can Only Imagine” has had on our family, since our daughter-in-law’s tragic death and 2 grandchildren’s approach to healing.

Bart,
Wondered if your son Sam was joining you this weekend in Wichita Falls? Daughter (same age) & I are both pump wearers. Never have visited band site, blogs, etc. Don’t even own an IiPod or know what a twitter is:o)
We (husband & I) were devastated when Hannah was diagnosed at 2. With quality care, I’ve suffered much & medical expenses are overwhelming. We are actually in the process of moving to a larger city for better income.
It is the Lord’s promise of provision & powerful music like Mercy Me’s that keeps me going. After 25yrs w/diabetes, I do look forward to flying away. Yet now I do want a cure knowing what potentially our children can suffer now & in the future.
In His Love,
Karen

Hey Bart,
I think its great you guys are coming to Lubbock. Me and the wife are going to try to make if we can get a babysitter. I learned a while back that you went to High School with my brother-in-law Chad S. (Mr. Tennis). My wife and I really love the song “Finally Home”. My wife lost her dad a couple of years ago to Cancer and the song gives great comfort in knowing that she will meet him again along with the Father in Heaven. I love that you don’t try to hide anything in your music. I hear the message all the way through. God Bless.

My nephews b-day will be tomorrow on the 7th of nov. he was here with us for only 3 weeks from birth and was called back to heaven. Alot of mercy me songs have helped in the healing process for myself and my brother and his wife. Alejandro was there first child and they so long waited for him to arrive. On the 7th he would of been turning 1 yrs. old and we will have a quiet and small family gathering for our little angel and in remembering him. Thank you for your beautiful music and it has surely touched all of us . Please keep my family and especially my brother and my sister in law in your prayers to help them heal and continue on with there lives and to be blessed with more children. GOD BLESS and love your music.. debi

I’ve been searching for a place to comment about the song Finally Home. I live in London, UK so a couple of weeks ago is the first time I’ve heard it, I thought it was very recent. The first time I heard it, The Holy Spirit… I can’t seem to find the words to describe the experience. The only thing I can say is that I’m 28 years old and whenever I die I want this song to be played at my funeral, because it is exactly how I feel about my Daddy-God every day. I just long to be with Him soo desperately that I ask Him if I can see His face now. And He always says not yet, there’s work to be done. Thank you for allowing God to use you, MercyMe, to remind me that I live for eternity.
